Rounds won

Each round, the biggest opted-in breakout of the held ATH leads; it wins the pot if it holds its bar until the round ends. The pot is then paid at unlock if the price holds the old ATH through the hold check; otherwise the claim is voided and the pot returns. No new ATH this round? The pot rolls over to the next one.
